Hammond community connections
Union league boys and girls club
In addition to providing multiple supports throughout the school year, the Union League Boys & Girls Club (ULBGC) holds an after-school program at Hammond. This program includes homework help, arts & crafts, field trips, celebrations, and more! Please contact Mr. Villaparedes by email ([email protected]) if interested. Available spots are based on how many ULBGC supervisors are available.
LATINOS PROGRESANDO
Latinos Progresando partners with Hammond to provide opportunities for the adults in our community. One of the many services they have provided to our school community is an Social-Emotional Learning program for our Spanish-speaking parents (led by our very own Hammond parents)! Latinos Progresando also has a myriad of other services for our parents/guardians, like immigration legal services, the Marshall Square Resource Network, and more.

Hammond's very own! Ms. Dominguez's children graduated from Hammond, and she has been involved at Hammond ever since! Even though her children are no longer at Hammond, Ms. Dominguez continues to serve not only her neighborhood community but the Hammond school community as well! She now supports us through her position at Latinos Progresando and continues to be an amazing asset to the Hammond family!
